Derma Couture Permanent Make-Up Clinic is operated by Hiyan Bitar, an AAM Board Certified Permanent Makeup educator and examiner and Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional by SPCP and CPCP with over 30 years experience.

At Derma Couture, we do things right the first time and correct and repair work done by others. Our procedures are performed by licensed professionals who will enhance your natural beauty with light or striking results.

Derma Couture Permanent Make-Up Institute is operated by Hiyan Bitar, a Platinum and Lifetime AAM Board Certified Permanent Makeup Educator and Examiner, a CPCP - Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional by SPCP - with over 30 years experience as a Permanent Makeup Artist and Educator.
As a master trainer, she has achieved many awards, one of them being the highest achievement, the Chairman's Award and granted the Crystal Sphinx from the founder of AAM, Dr. Charles Zwerling. She was also recognized Mr. Anthony Monaco, the Environmental Scientist from the New Jersey State Health Department's Public Health Sanitation and Safety Program as having her qualifications met and exceeding New Jersey Standards on February 2, 2007.

Hiyan is working with a team of professional instructors, headed by Nadia Batres, a NJ State Board Certified Educator and Instructor, and also one of the top leaders in the art of microblading.
